Jason Stopper is a Professional EOS Implementer who helps entrepreneurs and leadership teams build stronger, healthier organizations using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). Through facilitated leadership sessions, Jason helps teams clarify their vision, strengthen accountability, solve root issues, improve communication, and execute consistently.

Drawing on decades of leadership experience as a U.S. Army Reserve Major and former 82nd Airborne officer, Jason brings a practical, disciplined approach to helping organizations develop leaders and create lasting results. His mission is to help business owners spend less time working in the business and more time building a company that creates freedom, growth, and opportunity for everyone involved.

Jason is also the founder of ENRG High Country, a regional business leadership community built on the principle of Help First, connecting business owners to share ideas, solve problems, and strengthen the High Country business community together.
